Whatever your faith or lack thereof, I hope each and every one of my readers have a quiet, peaceful day. May you each find some joy in your own way. Hug the people you love and maybe save a hug for someone you have a hard time loving. They may need it the most.

I recently heard the sounds of a bagpipe in the middle of the day as I walked down Main Street. Across Henley, I found this wonderful woman, whose name I failed to get, playing on the steps of Church Street United Methodist. She had a video camera running to record a DVD as a Christmas gift for her father.
So, she became my Christmas card to each of you. Peace.
