Updated Axle II Rendering, July 2024

The last time I posted photographs of the Axle Logistics construction on Central street, the pictures showed a building rapidly rising. It’s come quite a distance since those photographs in April and appears to be racing toward completion. The rendering above shows the eventual goal and, like Lone Tree Pass we looked at on Monday, this building is starting to take its ultimate shape.

The completed building will include 85,000 square feet of mostly office space and is needed already as the company explodes.  facility is designed to take them into their next phase. As of April, the company had over 600 employees whereas their projections had been to grow to to 285 by this date. The new headquarters project is being managed by Lawler Woods, was designed by Design Innovation Architects and is being built by Merit Construction.

We’ll cycle back sometime in the fall to check in, once more, on their progress.
