The Rhinestone Fest, a beloved event in our Old City community, is a celebration of all things Dolly. With its abundance of sparkle, joy, and pink, this festival unites Dolly Parton fans from all walks of life in our Old City.
This year’s event was a whirlwind of fun, featuring a vibrant lineup of events, including costume contests, toe-tapping musical entertainment, dancing, and delectable food and drink specials.
I took a break from the Downtown Home Tour 2024 to enjoy the festivities and the atmosphere!
Brother Wolf transformed into Jolene’s pop-up bar. Their cocktails and commitment to a fully immersed environment never disappoint.
Everyone, from kids to pets, got in on the fun, dressing up for the day. And if you didn’t come prepared, there was a booth ready to fit you with a wig and accessories to transform you into Dolly herself.
Market vendors targeted their wares to Dolly fans, adding details like pink cowboy hats, disco balls and glitter.
Shops in Old City also got in on the fun with décor and specials for the weekend.
Marble City Market joined in with a special brunch and events throughout the day.
