Knoxville’s entertainment scene continues to develop as more and more entrepreneurs create ways to serve the Knoxville community. The latest venture from R-Team Services seeks to be multi-use. It will function as a shuttle bus for Vols fans to and from Downtown to Neyland Stadium on game days and be a traveling party destination on all other days and times.
Ryeasha Moore grew up in Knoxville. She went to Fulton High School and graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2017, majoring in Sociology. She then spent a year at LMU studying law. After that, she worked at Susan G. Komen and went on to work in logistics for two years after that. The daughter of an entrepreneur father, she didn’t set out to own a business herself. Once the opportunity to own and operate the party bus/shuttle in Knoxville with her father as a partner presented itself, she couldn’t resist and is now doing it full-time. Ryeasha wanted to bring something fun and different to Knoxville that would give people a safe way to have fun while cruising the streets of downtown and being affordable.
The R-Team Services Party Bus began operating in Knoxville this summer. The party bus has dual TVs, specialized lighting, a sound system, a dance pole, and gaming systems that can be requested. The party bus is strictly BYOB and does not provide any food or drinks for guests. You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own. At a rate of $125 per hour, you and your group of up to 14 people can ride around in style and enjoy a party like no one else.
If you have a theme, Ryeasha can decorate upon request. She suggests the party bus for birthday parties, bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, etc. She has done golf tours and will take you almost anywhere you want to go, though most guests have chosen to stay downtown.
For those concerned about noise and rowdiness, she tells me that the windows stay on the shuttle and the music is not a nuisance to passersby. Right now, she is a one-woman show exploring ways to get her business more recognized and providing services that benefit the community so she can add other drivers. One of the things she is doing is providing shuttle services to and from UT home games during football season. For $40/pp, she will pick up on Blackstock Ave and shuttle to Neyland and back. This began for the UT vs. Austin Peay game last weekend.
If you are interested in reserving the party bus or riding the shuttle to/from home games, you can contact Ryeasha through the website https://www.rteamservices.com or call 865-385-2868.
