Shadows & Light is a one-night, site-specific performance by Circle Modern Dance, June 7 at 7 pm at the Knoxville Museum of Art. Dancers move through the museum in response to its architecture, landscape, and exhibits, with original music by William Wright and choreography by Angela Hill, Kimberly Matibag, Nate Barrett, Heather Coker Hawkins, and Jill Frere.

Go paddling on Mead’s Quarry Lake! In partnership with River Sports Outfitters, visitors can rent kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and tubes to get a better look at the amazing views of this historic marble quarry. Meads Quarry, May 2025
